View References to Objects in the Configuration Hierarchies

Versa-logo-release-icon.pngFor supported software information, click here.

You can view all references to any object (master profile, subprofile, or any profile element) from other levels of the configuration hierarchy. This feature helps you decide where to propagate changes that you make to an object by showing all of the locations in the hierarchy in which the object is used and allowing you to choose which versions of an object should be updated with the newer version. For more information on propagating changes to objects, see Propagate Object Configuration Changes.

To view reference objects:

  1. Go to Configure > Profile Elements > Rules > Security > Access Control.
