Configure SD-WAN Hubs

In a hub-and-spoke topology, multiple spoke devices at branch sites connect to at least one hub device. This article describes how to configure hub devices.
To configure SD-WAN hubs:
- In Director view:
- Select the Configuration tab in the top menu bar.
- Select Templates > Device Templates in the horizontal menu bar.
- Select an organization in the left menu bar.
- Select a template in the main pane. The view changes to Appliance view.
- Select the Configuration tab in the top menu bar.
- Select Services
> SD-WAN > Hubs in the left menu bar.
- Click the
Add icon. In the Add Hub popup window, enter information for the following fields.
Field Description Name Enter a name for the hub. Site Enter a name for the site. Site ID Enter the site ID of the hub.
- Select the Transport Addresses tab. Click the
Add icon, and in the Add Transport Addresses popup window, enter information for the following fields.
Field Description Name Enter a name for the hub. FQDN Click and enter the fully qualified domain name of the hub. IP Address Click and enter the IP address of the hub. Transport Domain Select the transport domain that the hub uses.
- Select the Management Addresses tab. Click the
Add icon, and in the Add Management Addresses popup window, enter information for the following fields.
Field Description Name Select the management address type: - IKE
- Secure
IP Address Enter the IP address to use for management. Routing Instance Select the routing instance to use to reach the management address.
- Click OK. The Add Hub popup windows now displays the new hub.
- Click OK.
