Concerto Inventory Lifecycle

In the Service Provider Tenants lifecycle view, to display all tenants and the information associated with each tenant, select Inventory in the left menu bar. The following screen displays with the Appliance Inventory screen selected by default.
To filter the information that is displayed, click the 
Show Filter Bar icon, then click the 
Down Arrow icon in the drop-down list for the filter (for example, Tenant, Model Number, OS Type, etc.).
To view tenant appliance details, click the right arrow next to the tenant appliance name.
To view the inventory of software packages, click the Software Packages tab. There are three subtabs:
- OS Security—See Use OS SPacks with Concerto
- Security—See Use SPacks with Concerto
- Software—See Upgrade VOS Software from Concerto
To view the SSE gateways:
Note: The SSE Gateways tab is only available to Service Provider Administrator users.
You can click the 
Pencil icon to edit the gateway details in the Update Gateway popup window.
To view scheduled jobs, click the Schedule Jobs tab:
You can hover over the numbers in the Affected Appliances column to display which appliances are included in the scheduled job.
In Enterprise Tenant view, select Inventory in the left menu bar. The following screen displays.
View Inventory
For Releases 13.1.1 and later.
You can view inventory information about a tenant by clicking the 
Down Arrow icon next to the name of the appliance.
View Alarms
For Releases 11.3.2 and later.
You can view the alarms and alarms details for devices from the main Inventory screen.
The number for alarms for each device displays in the Alarms column. To filter the alarms by alarm type, use the Alarms drop-down menu.
To view alarm details, click the the numbered item in the Alarms column. The Alarm Details screen displays.
To clear an alarm, click Dismiss next to an individual alarm. To clear all inventory alarms, click Dismiss All.
Download Reports in CSV Format
For Releases 11.3.2 and later.
You can download reports in CSV format that contain information about the inventory on SD-WAN devices.
To download a report is CSV format, click the 
Download CSV icon to create the report and download it to your system.
Supported Software Information
Releases 10.1.1 and later support all content described in this article, except:

Release 10.2.1 adds support for displaying inventory information for service providers and tenants; viewing the VOS software, security package (SPack), and OS SPack version on each VOS device; and, upgrading the VOS software, SPack, and OS SPack from Concerto portal.

Release 11.3.2 adds support for downloading a report in CSV format that contains the inventory information; and, viewing the alarms and alarms details for devices from the main Inventory screen.
