Configure Portal Access Control Rules for Tenants

You can configure portal access control rules for tenant users to restrict access to the Concerto portal based on the IPv4 subnet of the source IP address . If no source IPv4 subnet is configured, users can access the Concerto portal from all source IP addresses. You can configure one or more source control subnets in each portal access control rule.
Configure a Tenant Portal Access Control Rule
- In the Tenants screen, Go to Settings > Portal Access Control. The Portal Access Control screen displays.
- If you have not yet configured a portal access control rule, click Add.

- If you have configured one or more portal access control rules, the following screen displays. Click + Add.

- If you have not yet configured a portal access control rule, click Add.
- In the Add Portal Access screen, enter information for the following fields.

Field Description Name (Required) Enter a name for the portal access control rule. Description Enter a text description for the portal access control rule. Source Control (IPv4 prefix) (Required) Enter the IPv4 source control prefix or subnet. Click the
Add icon to add more IPv4 prefixes.Action Select an action to apply on the portal access control rule:
- Allow—Click to allow portal access for the source IPv4 address.
- Deny—Click to deny portal access for the source IPv4 address.
- Click Save.
Reorder Portal Access Control Rules
Rules are listed on the Portal Access Control screen in the order in which they are processed. You can change the rule order so that a specific rule is processed first, last, or any other position in the list.
To reorder portal access control rules:
- Go to Settings > Portal Access Control. The Portal Access Control screen displays.

- Select the rule that you want to move in the list, and then click the
icon. The Configure Rule Order window displays.

- Select where you want to position the selected rule:
- Process the rule last—Select to position the rule at the end of the rule list.
- Process the rule first—Select to position the rule at the top of the rule list.
- Process the rule in a specific placement—Select to specify the position for the rule in the rule list. If you select this option, the Place Here slide bar displays. Slide the bar to the position where you want to place the rule.

- Click Move.
Note: When configuring an IP, 0.0.0.0/0 or ::/0 is considered as a default rule and is configured at the end.
